Conference Fee

Registration fees:

* Regular fee includes the admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the conference gala dinner (excursions are not included).

** Low number of reduced fee applies for the authors of papers from countries with low personal income and is under conference general chair discretion. Organizers address this reduction mainly to the countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.
It is not available to reduce fee to all participants from these countries, so please send by e-mail the request with proper substantiation (arguments) to conference secretariat (secretariat@epe-pemc2010.com, e-mail Subject: Reduced Fee request ) before final paper uploading due 1 June. If allowed, we will send by e-mail personal voucher number. It means permission to register with reduced rate.

*** Student Fee is intended only for those students that do not have any other participation on the conference. Students that are also authors pay regular participation fee. Student Fee includes the admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks. The welcome reception and the conference gala dinner admission fee are not included. They could be purchased separately.

Additional payments

**** Tutorial fee covers: CD-ROM copy of tutorials and coffee break.
***** Special fee for accompanying persons covers admission to all social events and lunches.
